Open Tender for Providing Computer operator and Labours for assisting structural valuation of field structures coming under FRL UKP stage 3 submergence in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Valid EPF Licence copy

Valid ESI Licence copy

Valid GST registration copy

Contractor should have executed same nature of work in last three years

EMD should be paid in E-Cash

Contractor should deposit the salary amount though bank account of the employee

PF and ESI should be pay to the employees account compulsorily and the contractor should show the electronic sheet or document to the department monthly

Submission of nil service fee, negative fee of margin over such minimum wage cost of man power shall be rejected as non responsible

Contractor should make the payment on 5th of every month

Since this is man power service providing work payment is expected to be delayed and the service provider should do the payment for work already executed period

Tender can be rejected without giving any reasons by the tender calling authority

Conditions in the tender notification should be read and understood and it is also part of general conditions

Bidder should quote the lumpsum amount including amount put to tender plus service charges. If quoted below amount put to tender and nil service charges is liable to rejection

Past ExperienceThe Tenderer should have successfully provided man power services or similar services for any Central/State Govt./Semi Govt./PSU/reputed company in past 3 years ie 2025-26,2024-25,2023-24

The Tenderer should have minimum Average Annual Turnover of Rs.10.35 lakhs from the last three completed financial Years preceding the last date for submission of Tenders Financial Year 2025-26,2024-25,2023-24 the Turnover certificate should have a valid UDIN

The Tenderer should have credit facility of not less than Rs.3.50 lakhs of credit line or letters of credit from the Scheduled Commercial banks meeting the fund requirement
