Contract Bidding Open For Supply of Fuel Briquettes to HAMUL in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non accessibility of e-procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

BIDDERS SHOULD FOLLOW ALL THE TERMS & CONDITIONS (all special & general Conditions, Instruction to bidders, payment terms & norms, Technical specification, Qualification Criteria Sample, quality, schedule of requirement etc) MENTIONED IN THE BID DOCUMENT

Bid submitted without sample will considered to be rejected

All the items to be supplied to Hassan dairy main stores

In financial bidding, while quoting the rates mention the break up price for example basic, GST, insurance, transportation, freight, packing and forwarding, loading and unloading, any Government levis and charges ,etc

Managing Director / Management of Hassan Co-operative Milk Producers Societies Union Ltd., reserves the right to accept either all the tender or reject all the tender without giving any reasons.

The quantity mentioned above is tentative, it may increase or decrease. The quantity required monthly-wise will be purchased on staggered basis

Bidder should abide to all terms and conditions mentioned in the bid document

Hassan Milk Union comes under essential services. HAMUL is handling MILK collected from Lakhs of Milk producing farmers, which is highly perishable commodity it is of paramount importance to ensure timely processing of the same. In order to ensure timely supply of goods and services and maintain continuous production, the technically qualified MSMEs shall submit E.M.D amount (either DD/RTGS/NEFT to HAMUL in the name of Managing Director,HCMPSUL., Hassan) prescribed in tender within 3 days of intimation from this office, in favour of Managing Director, Hassan Co-operative Milk Producers Societies Union Ltd, Hassan. Otherwise the bids of such organization will not be considered for commercial opening & Technically qualified bidders who have submitted the E.M.D will be considered for commercial opening.

The bidders shall go through the bid document / notification before processing the EMD
