Government Tender Published for Supply of Pallets at different dairies of COMFED as per technical specification on Annual Rate Contract (ARC) basis. in BIHAR

Bidder should be manufacturer of materials / items notified in the tender document. (Please submit undertaking for the same along with list of installed equipment/ machinery with capacity in support to be furnished with tender).

Bidder's Annual avg turnover of Rs 0.5 crore in the same name and style in last 03 years (FY 21-22, 22-23 & 23-24) shall be mentioned in bid . Scanned copies of audited balance sheet and PL A/c to be attached in proof as supporting documents.

Bidder should enclose scanned copy of Bank Solvency Certificate of Rs 0.2 crore issued by Bank confirming the solvency amount required as per the tendered items.

Bidders must have successfully completed similar works (supply of Crate / Insulated box/ Eutectic Pad/ Pallets) during last 03 years (FY 2022-23, 23-24, 24-25) in multiple orders in Co-op./Govt undertaking/ Pvt reputed companies. (Copies of e-invoices to be attached as proof of supply).

Bidder should furnish self attested copy of PAN & GST

Legal status of bidder (Proprietership/ Partnership/ Pvt Ltd / Any other) to be submitted in support of proof.

Bidder should submit the certificate of incorporation & Date of Commencement of business (Please mention and enclose scanned copies of documents of the firm).

The experienced manufacturers eager to supply should follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and would provide self-assessment report with objective evidence on Quality Mngt System (QMS) of ISO: 9001 standard / Food safety Mngt System (FSMS) of ISO: 22000 standard for their primary packaging plant and upload the relevant certificate with technical bid.

For complying the crucial aspect of Plastic waste Management with Govt regulations, the manufacturer has to attach the copy of EPR certificate issued by CPCB, Govt of India with Technical bid.

Affidavit in support that the bidder has not been debarred/ blacklisted by any of the customers across the country. (Please furnish the affidavit on Rs 100.00 Non-judicial stamp paper).

Bidder should enclose Company Brochure showing infrastructure, production capacity, machinery, technical details along with Plant location, complete address & contact details of their manufacturing units.

COMFED reserves the right to inspect the manufacturing process of bidders for verification. If it is found that the information provided by the tenderer in technical bid are false / misleading/ faulty, the tenderer shall be disqualified and their price bid shall not be opened.
