Participants must submit registration certificates that affirm their business activity in supplying laboratory equipment. Additional certifications proving adherence to IS 9440 standards for the laboratory balances must also be provided.

Bidders are required to present balances that conform to IS 9440 standards. The laboratory balance must feature a two-pan design for enhanced accuracy and stability, alongside user manuals and warranty documents to ensure reliability and technical support.

An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be submitted with bid documents to showcase seriousness in the application. The EMD will be specified in the tender documents and will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders post-evaluation.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSEs) may be granted favorable terms during this tender. The provisions may include lowered financial thresholds and evaluation criteria that recognize the capabilities of smaller firms to ensure fair competition and inclusivity in public procurement.
