Document Requirements
The Bidder shall upload valid FIRM/CONTRACTOR registration certificate issued by the State/ Central Govt, State or PSU etc. Registration under process shall not be acceptable
The Bidder shall upload valid A-Grade Electrical Contractor's License issued by Govt of Telangana or any State Govt of India, and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable.
The bidder shall have work experience in the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of lightning protection systems, including lightning arresters, air-termination conductors, earthing systems and associated accessories to high rise buildings, during the last three (3) financial years (FYs: 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). (High-rise buildings having a height of 21 metres or above)
The bidder shall upload copies of Work Orders/ Purchase orders along with the corresponding Performance Satisfactory /work Completion Certificate as certified by the concerned Executive Engineer or of equivalent cadre, as proof of experience in carrying out work. Work-in-progress Certificate shall not be acceptable
Upload the copy of Bank Solvency Certificate, issued in favour of their firm, by any Nationalized or Scheduled Bank for a value not less than Rs.50 Lakhs (Rupees Fifty Lakhs only). The solvency certificate shall not be older than twelve (12) months as on the bid opening date, including the bid opening date as extended through any subsequent corrigendum(s), if any, (OR)
Upload the copy of average annual turnover of not less than Rs.1 crore in last three financial year (FY 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) as certified by registered Chartered Accountant
Upload valid EPF, ESI, GST registration & Labour License. Registration under process shall not be acceptable.
Upload PAN and last 3 FYs IT returns (FY 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26).
Upload Annexure-I (GST), Annexure-II (Undertaking) & Annexure - III (Availability of key personnel) duly filled in with all the required details/particulars in the prescribed formats provided in Bidding Document.
The bidder must not be BLACK LISTED / DEBARRED by any Govt. department/ PSU (State or Central)/ Autonomous Institution. (Declaration on letterhead shall be enclosed)
