The Bidder shall have satisfactorily completed at least one similar Contract for Providing Services of Labourers with a contract value not less than Rs. 19.32 Lakhs as Prime Contractor. The Bidder shall attach an Experience Certificate issued by the Employer from State Government, Central Government, State or Central Government Undertakings, Boards, Corporations, or Urban Local Bodies as proof of experience.

Eligibility Criteria

1

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

2

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

At the instance of equal bid in the financial bid, the service provider with highest turnover shall be selected.

Supply of Man powers must have experience of minimum 3 years.

Supply of Man powers must have good Water condition and non alcoholic or any other such habits

Supply of Man powers should wear uniform, behave properly & maintain discipline, decorum.

Service period shall be defined as the period between the time when the Sanition section Labour reports at pick up point and the time when Sanitation section Labour is relieved at end point

A log book shall be maintained by the Supply of Man powers for recording of the daily opening and closing time and signature from the Officers/officials shall be obtained on a daily basis for the above

At any time if a Supply of Man powers remains absent or goes on leave it is the responsibility of the service provider to provide alternate arrangements

Each Sanitation Section Labour offered is exclusively under employment of the agency / company / Service Provider. The payment of salaries, allowance and statutory payment to the services of the Sanitation labours engaged shall be the responsibility of the agency / company / Service Provider. The Supply of Man powers appointed by the agency / company / service Provider shall be in conformity with the requirement of all relevant labour rules and statutes.

In case the agency / company / Service Provider defaults in the discharge of any of the statutory liability the CHIEF OFFICER TMC Ramdurga reserves the right to deduct such amounts from the amounts payable to the Service Provider

The Supply of Manpower shall scrupulously follow the instructions issued by the Chief Officer TMC Ramdurg. If and when the Chief Officer TMC Ramdurg finds any deficiency in the labour provided such as behaviour conduct discipline performance etc. upon notice the Agency/Company/Service Provider shall immediately replace such Sanitation Labour with a suitable substitute.In the event the Agency/Company/Service Provider fails to replace such Sanitation Labour within 7 Seven days from the date of issue of notice the concerned Sanitation Labour shall be discontinued without prior notice or a penalty of Rs.1000 per day for each labour may be imposed after expiry of the said 7 days until replacement is made

The Supply of Man powers provided must have good character which must be certified by the agency / company / Service Provider

The CHIEF OFFICER TMC Ramdurga is the sole authority to interpret the terms and conditions in this regard and his/her decision shall be final. He/she is also empowered to terminate the contract upon violations of the terms and conditions, without any notice

The Supply of Man powers shall carry the identity card given by agency / company / Service Provider together with an attested photocopy which in turn shall be attested by the CHIEF OFFICER TMC Ramdurga

The Service Provider shall fully comply with the various relevant provisions of the Labour Laws, like Provident Fund, ESI Act Etc

The CHIEF OFFICER TMC Ramdurga may authorize any of its Officers to sign any letter or communications etc

No salary variation is applicable for the contract period, only if the government department wages as mentioned in govt order No. KAE71LWA2016, Date:6-08-2016 and further orders and as per labour law to the engaged workers. If the wages is increased in the future, the successful Service provider shall pay the labours accordingly.

Approximate requirement of Supply of Man powers Which may be reduced or increased depending on the requirement of the office

The Contractor shall open Savings Bank accounts for all the workers in a nearest Nationalized Bank and submit the statement of bank accounts to the CHIEF OFFICER TMC Ramdurga. The Service provider shall credit their monthly wages on or before 10th of every month to their bank account through NEFT only

The Contractor shall register names of all the workers at the local EPF & ESI offices and shall remit both Employee and Employer contributions as per the rules and produce the necessary documents as a proof of remittance.

The contractor shall maintain registers for the Supply of Man powers register for payment of monthly wages, register for ESI & EPF etc and shall keep the records of working hours, weekly off, date of payment, ESI/EPF contributions, address of the Labour dept., ESI & EPF offices, name of the concerned labour inspector etc

The service provider shall obtain all necessary and obligatory licence from the concerned authorities and abide by it like, labour licence, P.F & ESI to the workers. Further the intending contractor is also responsible for payment of PF, gratuity, ESI as per the existing statutory norms and remit the same to the concerned statutory authority and the receipt for such payments will be submitted to the CHIEF OFFICER TMC Ramdurga. will not be responsible for any conflicts which arises in this matter

Service Providers are responsible for payment of wages and other allowances for the Supply of Man powers employed by them THE CHIEF OFFICER TMC Ramdurga is not responsible for payment of any allowances to such Sanitation labours.

It is the responsibility of the Service provider to pay all kinds of taxes as per government rules on top priority

The Successful Service provider shall provide dedicated manpower and should be acceptable by THE CHIEF OFFICER TMC Ramdurga. In case of contingency the Service provider should have reserve manpower to deploy at as per the requirement.

The successful Service provider shall provide all benefits facilities and wages as mentioned in govt order No. KAE71LWA2016, Date:6-08-2016 and further orders and as per labour law to the engaged workers. If the wages is increased in the future, the successful Service provider shall pay the labours accordingly

At the time of agreement the service provider should submit Original license to the Office of the CHIEF OFFICER TMC Ramdurga

THE CHIEF OFFICER TMC Ramdurga reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantum of Sanitation Section labours during the contract period
