The Proof of Own/lease Critical Equipment should be uploaded by the Bidder /tenderer on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper. The Certificate in respect of Proof should be issued not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

Proof of liquid assets in the shape of solvency certificate for the required amount not earlier than one year. The Certificate Must be in the proforma annexure - I of SBD.

Copy of Latest SARAL Form submitted to the IT Department.

In case of lease or Hire of HMP 40-60/100-120TPH and Critical equipment the Bidder/ Tenderer should upload lease agreement pertaining to the work/package.

The Proof of Own or lease/Hire agreement with Batch type Hot Mix plant 100-120 TPH Within 100 Km distance /HOT MIX - 40 to60 TPH Within 70 KM Distance from the worksite should be uploaded by the Bidder /tenderer on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper. The bidders to upload necessary distance certificate from the concerned DPRE/EE, PR where worksite is located

In Case of Bank Guarantee, the same should be issued in favor of Regional Officer,PRED,Vikarabad for a period of Six Months and Should be in the Prescribed Proforma in SBD.
