Bidders must establish OEM authorization for listed brands, provide signed technical sheets, and demonstrate last 7 years of similar VSD/VFD supply with purchase/work orders. Bidder must show experience in similar VSD/VFD supply/works within the last 7 years ending 30 September 2025, supported by three possible combinations of project value: ₹69,620 (3 projects), ₹87,025 (2 projects), or ₹1,39,240 (1 project) with corresponding work orders and delivery proofs.

Average annual financial turnover over the last 3 years ending 31 March 2024 must be at least ₹52,215. This must be supported by audited financial statements or equivalent documentary proof to establish financial capability for the procurement.

The option clause allows ±25% quantity changes at contract placement and during currency at contracted rates. Delivery extension is calculated as (Increase/Original) × Original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days; original period can be extended up to the total original window.

Obtain and attach a valid OEM authorization letter/certificate for each quoted brand (ABB, SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER, etc.). Ensure the authorization remains valid through the bid validity period and covers supply of Variable Speed Drives 55 KW/75 HP or higher.

Scope involves supply/works of Variable Speed Drives with minimum 55 KW/75 HP capacity, from listed brands, to PSU/government departments or reputed private entities. Documentation must prove completed similar work via purchase/work orders and delivery records; no BOQ items exist in the data.
