Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
consultants are expected to examine the documents comprising this RFP in detail. Material deficiencies in providing the information requested may result in rejection of a Proposal.
Bidder shall form a multi-disciplinary team for undertaking this assignment.
Proposed key professional staff must have minimum experience indicated in the RFP
key professional staff proposed to be permanent employees of the firm or have an extended and stable working relationship with it

Consultants are requested to go through the RFP carefully and submit the required information without exception otherwise proposals will be rejected
Consultant has all the time to modify and correct or upload any relevant document in the portal before submission on KPPP
