Government-Owned Enterprise- Bidder required to meet conditions of ITB 4.5-Documents required in Forms ELI -1, ELI -2 with attachments

United Nations Eligibility- Not having been excluded by an act of compliance with a United Nations Security Council resolution in accordance with ITB 4.8. - Documents required- Letter of Technical Bid as per section-4

History of Non Performing Contracts- Non-performance of a contractor, did not occur as a result of contractor default since 1 January 2021- Documents required in Form CON-1

Average Annual Construction Turnover-Bidder must have achieved a minimum average annual construction turnover of- excluding maintenance- last five 5 financial years -Documents required in Form FIN-1

Financial Standing-The bidder must be profitable in each of the last five 5 financial years.-Documents required in Form FIN-2 with attachments.

Access to line of credit and availability of other financial resources/ facilities- bidder should have access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources/ facilities .-Documents required in Form FIN-3.

Bid Capacity-Bidder must have available bid capacity for construction work -Documents required in Form EXP -1, FIN-4 & Form FIN-5.

Contracts of Similar Size and Nature- Participation as Prime Contractor / Sub-contractor, at least one similar work, that has been successfully or has been substantially completed -excluding maintenance cost for five years-Documents required in Form EXP -1
