EPF Registration certificate and latest PF challans Paid challan to be uploaded should have been remitted during the past 3 months from the date of this tender notification and should pertain to EPF of manpower for the previous four months of the tender notification in respect of Manpower working under the bidder shall have to be uploaded by the bidder

ESI Registration certificate and latest ESI challans Paid challan to be uploaded should have been remitted during the past 3 months from the date of this tender notification and should pertain to ESI of manpower for the previous four months of the tender notification in respect of manpower working under the bidder should be uploaded by the bidder

Proof of valid Labour license issued by competent authority should be uploaded by the bidder. Validity expired labour license if uploaded will not be considered and the tender is liable for rejection

ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT - In case the tenderer quotes more than 25 percent less percentage over ECV the tenderer shall upload scanned copy of the Demand draft for the difference between the tendered amount and 75 percent of the estimated contract value towards ASD. Note those who does not quote more than 25 percent less over the ECV they can upload their copy of same EMD in such case

CGST registration copy issued by the competent authority should be uploaded by the bidder which is mandatory and latest CGST challans (Paid challan to be uploaded form the date of this tender notification)

E.M.D. to be paid through online for 2.5% on ECV. Scanned copy of Transaction success receipt of E.M.D. should be uploaded

Similar work experience certificate should be uploaded

Bidder must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer or authorized dealer towards supplying, installing & maintaining Outdoor Gym equipment/ Children play equipment. In case of authorized dealer, MOU should be submitted Original Equipment Manufacturer having manufacturing unit in Telangana. The bidder should provide the proof of ownership of the Original Equipment Manufacturer having manufacturing unit in Telangana for supplying the outdoor gym equipment/ Children play equipment

The bidder shall submit self-declaration providing the details of local service center for Gym and Children Play equipment service and repairs

The bidder should take the responsibility for the maintenance of Gym and Children Play equipment for a period of One year from date of completion of execution of work

The bidder should provide the Quality assurance certificates viz., 16630:2017; ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018, CE and EN16630: 2015 must be submitted for the Original Equipment Manufacturer having manufacturing unit in Telangana

Declaration in online stating that the soft copies uploaded by them are genuine

Declaration of the Agency stating that the agency has not been blacklisted/debarred/suspended/demoted in any department due to any reasons
