The Civil Contractors having valid Registration certificate in appropriate class as per following orders of Government of Telangana (In case of JV, all the partners of JV shall have appropriate class of registration suitable for their proportionate share in JV).

Further the bidder having equivalent class of registration with other State Govts/Union Territories/Govt. of India/PSUs of any state Govt./ GOI can also participate by applying online for registration with the Govt. of Telangana (https://contractorregistration.telangana.gov.in) and uploading proof of application at the time of bid submission.

The tenderer (in case of JV, any member of JV) or their employee shall upload valid ?A? grade Electrical license with the Govt. of Telangana (OR) shall upload an undertaking while submitting tender to that effect that a MOU on Rs.100/- NJS Paper with ?A? grade Electrical License holder (with Govt. of Telangana) to execute the electrical component would be submitted before concluding agreement (OR)

shall upload an undertaking that, ?if the work was allotted to agency, they will employ an ?A? grade Electrical License holder with Govt. of Telangana to execute the electrical component?.

EMD for amount of Rs.4,36,01,997.00 in shape of Irrevocable and Unconditional BG pledged in favour of Superintending Engineer, PH Circle, Warangal valid for 6 months (from bid submission start date) as prescribed in standard format issued by any scheduled commercial/Nationalized Bank. In case of JV, the EMD shall be submitted in the name of JV firm or Lead Member in the JV. (Further, as per NIT)

Latest IT returns & PAN Card (for JV all members of JV should furnish the said documents)

GST Registration certificate and latest GST returns of Government of Telangana/ State Governments anywhere in the country (in case of JV, all partners for JV should furnish the said documents) (Further, as per NIT and Bid Document)

The bidder (for JV, all members of JV) shall submit Proof of payment of professional tax to the commercial tax department of Telangana state. (OPTIONAL)

The bidder (for JV, all members of JV) shall submit a declaration on Rs. 100/- NJS paper that, ? The procurement of Diesel (POL) for this work will be done within the state of Telangana? and upload the same on e-procurement platform, which shall be part and parcel of the agreement of the work. (OPTIONAL)

The bidder (for JV, all the partners individually or collectively) shall submit Proof of owning Q.C Lab or having tie up with established Quality lab OR The bidder shall upload an undertaking that in case he turns out to be successful bidders (L1) he will establish Q.C laboratory or will have a tie-up with reputed NABL certified Q.C laboratory within Telangana.

The bidder (in case of JV, Lead partner of JV) should submit the MOU as a part of their bid with SBR technology provider for Secondary Biological Treatment. However, the bidder may submit revised MOU during execution with any other SBR Technology provider of equivalent or higher technical credentials, with prior permission from the department.

Methodology, Program of construction (PERT) and quality management plan (for JV, all the partners individually or collectively) (OPTIONAL)

In case, bidder is not a manufacturer of DI pipes, the bidder (in case of JV, Lead partner of JV) shall submit Attested copy of U form/ MOU obtained from reputed/ principal manufacturers of DI pipes to supply the DI pipes to the bidder for the execution of work.

In case, bidder is not a reputed Pump sets manufacturer, the bidder (in case of JV, Lead partner of JV) shall submit MOU obtained from reputed/ principal manufacturers of Pump sets to supply the Pump sets to the bidder for the execution of work.

The bidder (for JV, all members of JV) shall submit undertaking on non judicial stamp paper worth Rs 100/- duly stating that they have not been blacklisted / debarred / Suspended / demoted in any department in Telangana or in any State/Govt. of India due to any reasons.

The bidders (in case of JV, all the partners individually or collectively) as a prime contractor should have executed each of the following physical quantities of items given below in any one financial year during the last ten F.Ys i.e., from 2016-17 to 2025-26. (Further as per NIT and Bid Document)

The bidders (in case of JV, any of the partners) as a prime contractor shall have satisfactorily completed minimum one year of operation and maintenance of STP/sewerage schemes consisting of items like STPs/Sewerage Network/ETP etc. during the last 10 FY. Further, as per NIT

The bidders (in case of JV, all partners individually or collectively) should have Satisfactorily completed (or not less than 90% of physical contract value), as PRIME CONTRACTOR, similar works either single or multiple works i.e., works comprising of any component(s) of STP/UGD Projects/Schemes of value not less than Rs.10,900.50 Lakhs in any one F.Y, during last 10 F.Ys and Further, as per NIT

The bidder (in case of JV, all the partners individually or collectively) shall produce liquid assets/credit facilities/Solvency certificates from any Indian Nationalized/Scheduled commercial banks of value not less than Rs. 5,450.25 Lakhs. The solvency certificate should be in standard format as per G.O. Ms. No 94, I & CAD, Dt: 01.07.2003. (Further as per NIT and Bid Document)

The bidders who meet the above qualification criteria and whose available bid capacity is more or equal to the estimated contract value will only be qualified for opening of Price bid (Further as per NIT and Bid Document)

The bidder (in case of JV, all the partners individually or collectively) should furnish availability of key and critical equipment (either owned or leased) duly giving an undertaking/declaration on a non-judicial stamp paper of worth of Rs.100/- with sufficient proof of equipment or leased agreement (Further as per NIT and Bid Document)

The bidder (in case of JV, all the partners individually or collectively) should furnish the availability of the following key technical personnel having degree / diploma in Engineering with relevant experience (Further as per NIT and Bid Document)

The bidder having GST registration in other states but not in Telangana shall submit an undertaking to the effect that in case he turns out to be successful bidder (L1) will obtain GST registration in Telangana before concluding agreement. (In case of JV, by each of the JV members by the time of agreement, but at the time of bidding undertaking by Lead member is sufficient) (As Per NIT)

The bidders (in case of JV, all the partners) shall furnish details of value of Civil Engineering works executed in the last 10 financial years by the Bidder in Statement-I with supporting certificates. (As Per NIT and BID Document)

The bidders (in case of JV, all the partners) shall furnish Litigation history of the bidder & Criminal cases pending against the bidder in Statement ?VII (A&B). (As Per NIT)

The bidders (in case of JV, all the partners ) shall furnish Details of existing commitments of the bidder i.e., works on hand in Statement-IV-A with Supporting Certificates and also details of tenders submitted in Statement -IV-(B) (As Per NIT)

The bidders (in case of JV, all the partners) shall furnish CA?s certificate regarding Corporate debt restructuring /Strategic debt restructuring (CDR/SDR) in the last five financial years. (As Per NIT)

The bidders (in case of JV, all the partners) shall furnish CA?s certificate regarding Net Profit and Net Worth in the last Five financial years. (As Per NIT)

The bidder(for JV, all members of JV) shall submit a declaration pertaining to renewal of contractor registration, on Rs. 100/- NJS paper and upload the same on e-procurement platform, which shall be part and parcel of the agreement of the work (As Per NIT)

The bidder (for JV, all members of JV) shall submit undertaking on non judicial stamp paper worth Rs 100/- for concluding a separate agreement with ULB for O&M (as per the decision of the Government) to be taken up for both existing (wherever required) and new STP/ Sewerage systems for a period of 5 yrs from completion and comisioning of capital wrks under this project scope (As per BID Document)

(as per this bid document) in case O&M is entrusted to the successful bidder of the work, and also that they would agree for staggered release of deposits (Retained money deposit) over the O&M period @ yearly intervals and to employ technical supervisors experienced in O&M. (As Per NIT and Bid Document))

In case of JV shall submit JV agreement, MOU, power of attorney, partnership deed (further details As Per NIT)

In case of JV each member of JV should furnish Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association of company, Authorization of Board of directors/Partners for forming JV& bid submission/ Power of Attorney etc, (further details As Per NIT)

The JV firm should furnish an undertaking from all the members that in case of award of work, the J.V Agreement deed is irrevocable by any one or all the members together until 3 months after the defect liability period after completion of the work.

Any other documents required in the case of a Joint Venture, as stipulated in the NIT
