Prior to dispatch of the material from vendor's / manufacture's place, the review, inspection and tests shall be carried out by the vendor to complete satisfaction of IOCL representative or his authorized third party agency without any extra cost to IOCL as per approved QAP. iii. The vendor/ manufacture shall obtain the works certificate for cast analysis of material supplied and shall keep this available for inspection of IOCL or Authorized third party agency. |
