Document Requirements
Bidder should have labor office registration certificate, PF & ESI registration certificates and GST certificate.
Bidder should have milk and milk products production experience - minimum per day for 80,000 - 1,50,000 liter/kg milk milk products certificate must be attached for the same.
Bidder should have minimum 3 years of experience in minimum 03 KMF unions/units of KMF certificate must be attached for the same.
Rate should be quoted per Litre - including GST for milk, curd, lassi, Butter Milk and packing related works on piece work basis on biennial contract basis.
Tender must provide diploma/ITI workers for the said work.
Tenderer must have 10 Crore turnover in last three years and should attach audit report, IT returns and P & L, Balance sheet of last three years.
Tenderer must upload the Scanned copy of whole Tender Document with Tenderer Stamp & Signature in all pages without fail. If the Tenderer fails to upload the signed copy of tender document, those tenders will be rejected.
Tenderer must Visit to CHAMUL, Kuderu and must collect the Tender participation Certificate from CHAMUL and upload the same in the tender document.
Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
Bidder should be abide as per the terms & conditions attached in tender document.
