Purchase Order/Work Order copies of tendered items for the year 2022-23/2023-24/2024-25.

undertaking for not blacklisted by any of the Government organisation/ Public sector undertaking /STUs for breach of contract.

Undertaking to supply the ordered quantity as per the delivery schedule provided.
