Proof of liquid assets credit facilities solvency certificates from banks in the format given in schedules

Qualification certificate of key personnel in statement VI

Satisfactory completed of similar building construction works in government undertaking in the statement II

Signed copy of litigation history in statement VII

The Certificates of similar nature of work issued by the Executive engineer concerned and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer or equivalent authority showing work wise / year wise value of work done

Value of all Civil Engineering works executed every year during the last five financial years in statement - I

Experience certificate issued by the Executive Engineer and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of Government organization in support of quantities executed in Statement III.

Certificates in support of existing commitments of works list in statement IV-A & IV-B

Certificate of key and critical equipment issued by the Executive Engineer not earlier than one year from date of submission of bids in support of owning machinery or a declaration on non judicial stamp paper worth of Rs.100 as prescribed in statement V with copies of invoices

Declaration of Q.C Lab equipment in statement VIII on non judicial stamp paper of Rs.100 with invoice copies / equipment certificate issued by the Executive Engineer not earlier than one year from date of submission of bids in support of owning machinery

Signed undertaking copy of contractor as per proforma given in the tender document with name of work

All the participated bidders must pay non refundable Bid Processing fee a sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) by way of crossed DD in favour of the Superintending Engineer, TGEWIDC, Hyderabad from any Nationalised / Scheduled bank payable at Hyderabad

Experience certificates in support of satisfactory completed of similar Electrical works along with valid registration not below Class-I Electrical certificate and A grade license. (Self or Sub-Contractor with his consent letter on letter head)

Experience certificates in support of satisfactory completed of similar Water supply & Sanitary Engineering Works along with valid registration certificate under appropriate Class-I PH Engineering (Self or Sub-Contractor with his consent letter on letter head)
