Labour for dismatling the blower and motor from the cooling tower, transporting the same to the workshop and back and refixing them in their original position after carrying out necessary reparirs, complete in all respects as specified and as directed.
PVC fill fins for the cooling tower
Supply and fixing of PVC fill (fins) for the cooler tower, including removal of damaged fills, proper installation, alignment and securing in position, complete in all respects as specified and as directed.
Propeller shaft for the cooling tower with drive assy
Supply and fixing of propeller shaft for the cooler tower, including aligment with drive assembly, coupling necessary fittings and testing for smooth operation complete in all respects as specified ans as directed.
Cleaning of the cooling tower
M&L for through cleaning fo the cooler tower, includinh removal of scale, sludge and debris and rectification of leakages by welding or other suitable methods as required including surface preparation testing for leaks and rainstatement, complete in all respects as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing for replacement of bush bearing of blower
Supply and fixing for replacement of bush bearing of blower complete in all respects as specified and as directed.
Gaskets and oil complete in all respects
Supply and fixing for replacment of gaskets and oil seal of blower, complete in all respects as specified and as directed.
grade gearbox oil for blower
Supply and fixing of approved grade gearbox oil for blower including draining of old oil, cleaning of gerabox (if required), fefilling to the recommended level, checking for leakages, and carrying out trial run for proper operation, complete in all respects.
Electric motor with suitably sized copper conductor
M & L for rewinding of an electric motor with suitably sized copper conductor, including dismantling, removal of burnt windings, thorough cleaning of stator sots, insulation work, rewinding, varnishing and baking, reassembly, servicing/replacement of bearings, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and as directed.
Star delta starter
Dismantling of the existing star-delta starter and supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a new star-delta starter, including all necessary connections, terminations, and accessories, complete in all respects as specified and as directed.
