The EMD amount is ₹80,000. Bidders may submit via Demand Draft payable to Finance Officer, BBAU, Lucknow, or via RTGS/online payment with proof uploaded in the bid.

The purchaser may increase or decrease quantity up to 25% during/after contract at contracted rates. Delivery period extends proportionally with the new quantity, with a minimum extension of 30 days.
