If Bidder Eligible for EMD Exemption shall have to upload Scanned copy of EMD Waiver (Accepted Documents for EMD waiver are MSME udyog Certificate / Startup india Certificate).

Copy of GST Registration Certificate, Shop Act,Pan Card, Last 2 year ITR.

Assessed available Bid Capacity as per formula (3AN-B), A Value must be submitted by the CA, B value must be submitted. if no Nill report must be submitted

Bidder / OEM should have an experience of minimum 2 years in supply of Solid / Liquid Waste handling Equipments / Similar Product to Govt / Semi ? Govt sectors.

Bidder / OEM should submit ISO 9001:2015, 14001-2015, 45001:2018, Trade mark certificatezed certificate and 3 A Certificate

Availability of Key technical persons.

AMC warranty non blacklist and agree to supply as per technical specification mentioned in this bid the bidder must submit this affidavit on Rs 100 Stamp papers.

Copy of Litigation history. The bidder should furnish self declaration on Non Judicial stamp paper worth Rs 100/- for any litigation and criminal activities.

Proof of manufacturing facility of the OEM: GPS photos of manufacturing unit with location to be attached. List of machinery available to be attached. Also Factory visit shall also be conducted by concern authorities to validate the claim

Bidder should submit the hard copies of document uploaded on the specified date.
