Tender Notice for Procurement Services in BHADRADRI KOTHAGUDEM, TELANGANA

The Mandatory documents to be uploaded by the firms / contractors: a) Copy of PAN Card registered on the name of company/firm/Proprietor and linked to GST registration . b) GST Registration Number along with documentary evidence. For GSTIN holders, the GSTIN should be in the active status and in the name of the firm/contractor. (Those who are not required to be registered under the provisions of GST act should invariably submit a self declaration to the effect). c)PO's and corresponding satisfactory certificates in welding works d) Self Declaration in the given format has to be submitted on the firm letter head with sign of authorised person along with stamp. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1) Any other timely requirements when demanded may be submitted by the contractor. However, the CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage reserves right to accept / reject the application of the purchaser who falls short in any of the above aspects based on the accuracy / inaccuracy of the case; and the decision of CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage is final in this regard. Any or all the relevant documents shall be produced, whenever demanded. 2) The undersigned reserves the right to alter the above dates; and to reject any (or) all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. 3) If any of the above dates happens to be holiday the date may be read as the next working day 4) The rates shall be quoted excluding GST . 5) If the less rates quoted by the firm / contractor are found to be over 25% less than the estimate value, Additional Security Deposit shall be furnished as desired & communicated by TGGENCO, failing which action will be initiated against the respective 6) Regular PO to the successful bidder can be issued only after fulfilling of all the required conditions including payment & acceptance of Security Deposit, Additional Security Deposit etc., 7) If at any stage it is found that the bidder has submitted a false, misleading or incorrect self-declaration, the bid shall be rejected or the contract terminated at the risk and cost of the bidder, without prejudice. The decision of the TGGENCO is final and binding 8) If the successful bidder, after award of work, fails to execute the contract satisfactorily, abandons the work, shows persistent poor performance, or breaches contractual obligations, the TGGENCO shall have the right to forfeit the EMD and/or SD in part or in full. The TGGENCO shall also have the right to debar/blacklist such bidder from participating in the future tenders of entire TGGENCO/ KTPS VII stage for a period as decided by the undersigned. The decision of the undersigned in this regard is final and binding 9) An amount of 0.01% of total billed amount will be deducted towards Telangana green fund as per G.O.No.86/CE/C/Thermal/2025

1.The contractor should follow the labor laws in vogue. 2.The labour engaged should be covered under suitable EPF& G.I. 3.The work Involves ground level, higher elevation @30mtrs and 15mtrs under ground tunnels so man power may be planned accordingly duly following safety rules and regulations 4.Sufficient labour should be engaged as per the actual work requirement and to carry out ancillary works like shifting of winch machine, transporting T&P material etc. for facilitating material lifting to higher elevations and tunnels (if required) duly following safety rules and regulations. 5.All the miscellaneous works which accompany the Mother and Liner Plate replacement works are in the contractor's scope no extra amount will be paid for these works. 6.All the Consumables and Spares required to carry out the work, T&P material like welding Machines, Chain Pulley Blocks, Winches will be provided by TGGENCO Ltd. 7.The work involve only supply of Manpower Services and doesnot include any material to be supplied by contractor to be billed which ensures that this work involves only services related PO. 8.The estimated quantities are anticipated and tentative; Billing will be done as per the actual quantity of work done. 9.The rates shall be firm inclusive of all incidental charges, leads & lifts etc that may arise while carrying out the work. 10.The contractor should have previous experience. 11.The contractor should carry out the works as per instructions of the section officer. 12.The sub-contract of the work should not be permitted. 13.The contractor including societies should pay minimum wages to the contractor labour engaged for the above work strictly without linking to the payment due from TGGENCO.
