Installation, testing and commissioning of IEC61439 compliant, floor mounted new MCC Panel

Laying of 3C x 25 Sq. mm, Stranded Copper Conductor, XLPE insulated, extruded inner PVC sheet, flat strip wire armoured and overall PVC outer sheathed 1.1 KV grade cable, as per IS 7098 ( Part I) on existing cable tray wall surface as required. Note Existing cable tray is at an elevation of approx. 3-4 meter.

Laying of 3C x 10 Sq. mm, Stranded Copper Conductor, XLPE insulated, extruded inner PVC sheet, flat strip wire armoured and overall PVC outer sheathed 1.1 KV grade cable, as per IS 7098 ( Part I) on existing cable tray wall surface as required. Laying of 4Cx6Sq. mm, Stranded Copper Conductor, XLPE insulated, extruded inner PVC sheet, flat strip wire armoured and overall PVC outer sheathed 1.1 KV grade cable, as per IS 7098 ( Part I) on existing cable tray wall surface as required. Note Existing cable tray is at an elevation of approx. 3-4 meter.

Laying and fixing of one number 12Cx1.5Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE Control cable of 1.1 KV grade on existing cable tray as required.

Making of indoor end termination with nickel coated brass double compression gland and Copper lugs for 3Cx25 sq.mm size of XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheath, flat strip armoured and overall FRLS PVC outer sheathed copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required

Supply of 300 mm(W) x 50 mm(D) x1.6 mm(T) size, hot dipped galvanised Iron ladder type cable tray including supply of support materials such as unistrut, clamping rods, nuts, bolts, washers etc. as required. Make CABLOFIL OBO L&T Profab Sintex or equivalent.

Supply of 150mm(W)x50 mm(D)x1.6 mm(T) perforated pre galvanised finish ( galvanising as per IS 277) Cable Tray with perforation not more than 17.5 % in convenient section, joined with connectors, with clamps of cable tray including supply of support materials such as unistruds, clamping rids etc. as required Make Sintex L&T 3M Profab Legrand OBO Bettermann or equivalent

Supply of 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip along with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required for earthing of Electrical panel. Make Reputed.

Providing of 8 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required. Make Reputed

Supply of outdoor type junction box having size 630mm x 300mm x 250mm, MS sheet , single front construction, Powder coated IP 54, non compartmental, 3 mm thick removable gland plate, for bottom entry, lug and ferrules at both side of control wiring, Aluminium name plate on front hinged door, 2 nos earth stud with 100 no of elmex type malamine terminal blocks etc. Note Necessary hardware such as fastener, MS powder coated frame etc for installion of the Junction Box on wall shall be supplied by the vendor. Make As per Approved Panel List (attached).

Dismantling and Relocating existing MCC panel along wih the asociated cables to a designated site in SCL, detailed guideline as per enclosed specifications.
