Enclose a certified copy showing that Tenderers registered their firm in the Department of Small Scale Industries of Govt of Karnataka Enclose i.e UAM Udyogaadhar Memorandom
Enclose a copy of Income tax returns for the year 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26
Enclose a copy of one similar tableau work Carried out at a cost of Rs 10.00 lakhs in any one of the following years during 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 for any Government department or autonomous bodies/Boards/ Corporation.
Enclose copy of GST Registration Certificate and GST returns for the year 2023-24 2024-25 and 2025-26 shall be enclosed
Enclose of documents showing that class 3 and above Tenderers Registered in PWD for interior works
Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
