Contract Bidding Open For Providing Quality Supervision Consultancy Services as Third Party Inspectors for Materials and Developmental Works like Improvements and Construction of Roads, Drains, Lake works Garden Works and Electrical Works such as High mast and Street light taken upby VUDA Vijayapur (Approximate Cost of the Project / Works in Rs.40.00 Crores.) in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Minimum of one similar nature of work should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) at least one single work of conducting 3rd party inspection (Third party and quality assurance services of project cost not less than Rs. 20.00 Crores) in any Government/ Government Undertaken project last five Years i.e., (five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26) is a pre-requisite for Qualification

The consultant should submit certificate only for the consultancy fees received not project cost. (Project cost Will not be considered) Cumulative of minimum 10.00 lakhs in last 03 years should enclose receipt of fees received as a proof.

The Consultant must have two years experience in any Govt. institution as Third Party Inspector in last five Years ie (five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26)

To qualify for award of this contract, bidder/firm/Company/Consultants in his name should have (in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of value not less than Rs.20.00 Lakhs

The tendered Amount is Inclusive of GST Amount

The Consultancy /Firm should have valid Registration certificate

The consultants who qualifies the general condition of Qualification are considered for the Technical evaluation

Financial bids of the technically qualified bidders only will be opened

Right of acceptance or rejection of any or all tenders with or without any reasons is reserved with the undersigned or any concerned higher officers of the Department

Conditional tender will not be Considered

Contractors should have to upload the scan copy of all necessary qualification documents, and submit the original documents certificates while tender opening evaluation for verification IF NECESSARY

The Tenderer shall obtain the work done certificate in the prescribed form from the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District Level Officer) and scan the Original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Certificate / Certificates shall be produced whenever required

For interpretations of clauses, conditions, spelling mistakes, etc., decision of Commissioner VUDA is final

The Furnished E.M.D. will be released only after successfully execution of the Tender Agreement by the successful Tenderer or bid validity days from the date of submission of Tender whichever is earlier
