Bidders must submit GST registration, PAN, experience proofs, financial statements, EMD documents, OEM authorizations if required, and technical bid. Ensure the bid uses a Single Envelope evaluation, provide firm prices on a FOR Destination basis, and confirm GST rate with documentation.

Submit GST certificate, PAN, at least two years of experience in condenser tube cleaning, financial statements, EMD (if applicable), technical bid, OEM authorization, and HSN code proof. Include RA-based execution plan and safety compliance certificates.

DVC pays 95% of the executed portion after RA bill certification by the engineer-in-charge, with the remaining 5% on contract completion. Ensure submission of triplicate bills and compliance with security deposit conditions, if applicable.

Delay penalties are 0.5% of the contract value per overdue period, unless delayed by force majeure. Ensure schedule aligns with MTPS maintenance window and contract terms to minimize LD exposure.

Bid must include GST registration evidence and HSN code with documentary proof. Rates must be GST inclusive; confirm applicable GST rate and provide documentation showing ISI/ISO as required by DVC policy.

The buyer can increase or decrease contract quantity or duration up to 25% at contract issue and after issuance, and bidders must accept revised scope within those limits.

DVC uses Single Envelope bidding; initial price comparison identifies L1. If L1 fails NIT requirements, evaluation shifts to L2 and onward until an compliant bidder is found, following MSME and Make in India policies.
