The bidder must submit a Turnover Certificate, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant CA, showing an annual turnover of at least Rs. 50.00 lakhs in each of the financial years 2023-24 and 2024-25
The bidder must submit a valid Electrical Contractor Registration Certificate issued by the competent licensing authority
The bidder must submit a valid EPF and ESI Registration Certificate
The bidder must submit a Valid Firm Registration Certificate
The bidder must submit copy of PAN Card
The bidder must submit GST Registration Certificate
The bidder must submit Professional Tax Registration Certificate
The bidder should submit an Experience Certificate showing that they have carried out and completed similar nature of work during the financial years 2023-24 and 2024-25, with a total work value of at least Rs. 25.00 lakhs
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
