Firm Name, Proprietor/Managing Director Name, Full Address and Official Mobile Number should be uploaded

Goods and Service Tax Active Registration Certificate should be uploaded

GST Returns should be uploaded from April- 2023 to March-2026.

Income Tax Returns for the Financial Year should be uploaded 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 should be uploaded.

Other than MSEs Previous experience certificate should be uploaded for the similar supply to the Government Departments Not less than 80 Percent of the requirement of the quantity required in any ONE of the last 3 years as per Section-XII MSEs Previous experience certificate should be uploaded for the similar supply to the Government Departments Not less than 40 percent of the requirement of the quantity required in any ONE of the last 2 years as per Section-XII

Other than MSEs The Average Annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than estimated cost of the quantity in the Tender Document during the last 3 proceedings financial years. The CA certified turnover certificate with UDIN should be uploaded.MSEs The Average Annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than 50 percent of the estimated cost of the quantity in the Tender Document during the last 2 proceedings financial years.

Tender offer form as per proforma given in Section-VIII should be uploaded.

Tenderer should be Original Equipment Manufacturer and registered with the competent authority OR Authorized dealer of the OEM Authorized dealer of Manufacturer should upload MAF as per Section XIII

Tenderer should upload the compliance to the technical specification as per Section-VI.

Tenderer should upload the declaration in respect of Purchase, Payment Authority and Deliver Place as per Annexure-A.

Tenderer should upload the ISO/ISI/BIS Certificate.Certificate should be in the name of the tenderer/OEM

The Bidder Should Submit the Samples Within the last date mentioned in the Tender document. Tenderer must get approval of the Submitted samples from the EE PRED BALLARI.

The PAN Card of the Tenders/Firm should be uploaded
