Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 5 Star, 1.5 TR high wall mount split Inverter Air Conditioner unit with rotary compressor operating on refrigerant R-32/Non CFC & Copper condensor coil of outdoor unit & having cordless LCD remote, auto restart operation with copper refrigerant gas pipeline insulated with nitrile/polythene foam i/c copper conductor electrical cable of suitable size from indoor to outdoor unit (both upto 10 feet ) & MS base frame / platform duly epoxy painted for outdoor units suitable for operation on 230V , 50 Hz single phase AC supply and capable of performing standard function like cooling, dehumidifying, air circulating etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 25 mm. dia. U-PVC Plumbing/drain pipes required for 1.5/ 2 TR Split ACs on surface including all accessories like bends, sockets and water seal joints etc. complete as required.

Supply and filling of extra refrigerant gas- R32/ R410A for proper cooling of the air conditioning units as per site requirement & as instructed by EIC.

Making provision of hole in Wall /RCC/CC of 100 mm dia to 150 mm dia as required at site through core cutting method as per site requirement and as instructed by E-I-C. Complete as required.

Supply of 4C X 6 sq. mm. Power cable copper conductor, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, Armoured, 1100V grade as per IS 7098 (Part1) 1988 with upto date amendment etc., complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sqmm on existing wall surface/existing Cable Tray as required (clamped/tied with saddle or tie ).

Supply installation testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping suitable for 4 TR , Tower type floor Mounted Split AC , including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing , complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports/C-clamp / MS hanger / MS support / MS angle, etc, as per site requirement and as decided by E-I-C. jointng/brazing including accesories insulated with XLPE Class O tubular insulation/with Class O closed cell elastemeric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories, as per specification, complete as reqd. 9.5 mm O.D. (insulation -13 mm thick) Discharge pipe

Supplying and fixing 3 pole 32 A rating, 415 V, 10 kA, C curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing, fabrication and fixing of approved color painted MS cage/MS Mesh/MS Jali suitable to accommodate standalone A/C outdoor units. MS Cage should be made of iron mesh in all surrounding of MS angle frame complete as per site requirement and as instructed by EIC.
