Bidder Must Submit CA Annual Turnover certificate with UDIN for value not less than 15.00 Lakhs achieved in any two years between 2021-22 to 2025-26
Bidder Must Submit Unconditional Line of credit for Rs 4.20 Lakhs/- issued from banks.
Bidders should submit tour and travel registration certificate issued by Department of tourism, Govt of Karnataka
Must submit SKP Letter issued from MoHUA for SBM 2.0 in Capacity Building program.
Similar Type of Work done Certificate by the competent authority of value Rs. 15.00 Lakh or more in single work for arranging study tour visit to any Govt organization/ULBs across state and national level in any one of the last five financial years

Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
Corrigendum / modifications / correction, if any, will be published in the KPP portal only.
Tenderers are required to read the Bid Documents carefully before submission of their bid. Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected. The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
Work done certificate should be issued by competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer and Submitted Work done certificate should include E-PROCUREMENT INDENT NUMBER. The Tenderer shall scan Original Workdone certificates / Turnover Statements and any other documents specified by the employer and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced for physical verification within one week from the date of Technical bid opening or when called for during evaluation of tender.
As per Government Order NO: FD 884 EXP-12/2019 Dated: 07-05-2020 action will be taken if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading /forged or fake.
