The Proof of Own or lease/Hire agreement with Batch type Hot Mix plant 100-120 TPH Within 100 Km distance /HOT MIX - 40 to60 TPH with Mechanical paver Within 70 KM Distance from the worksite should be uploaded by the Bidder /tenderer on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper. The bidders to upload necessary certificate from the concerned DPRE/EE, PR where worksite is located

Field laboratory establishment with evidence

The Proof of Own/lease Critical Equipment(lease agreement if taken lease) should be uploaded by the Bidder /tenderer on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper. The Certificate in respect of Proof should be issued not below the rank of Executive Engineer

(I) The bidder shall execute Self- Declaration on Rs. 100/- Non- Judicial Stamp Paper the proof of owning Batch type Hot Mix plant 100-120 TPH Within 100 Km distance from the work spot should be uploaded by the Bidder /tenderer. Or drum type hot mix plant of 40-60 TPH and shall be located within a distance of 70KM from the last point of working reach, for which bids are invited

In case of lease of plant the bidder shall submit the lease agreement with distance certificate . The Certificate in respect of Proof should be issued by the concerned DPRE, PIU Divisions. and the District Officers i.e. DPRE/EE PR shall inspect and certify with route maps on the (1) Location 2. Distance from last point of working reach and 3. Ownership of such plants for which the bids are invited
