The scope of work includes:

• In-situ repairing, overhauling, and reconditioning of high-pressure valves such as Main Steam Stop Valves and Safety Valves of units 4 to 7.
• Inspection and testing of valves to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Replacement of worn-out components and calibration of valves.
• Preparation of detailed reports post-repair.

The process involves the following steps:

1. Site assessment and planning in coordination with plant engineers.
2. Disassembly and inspection of valves.
3. Repair and reconditioning using approved spare parts.
4. Testing and calibration to verify performance.
5. Reinstallation and commissioning of valves.

Bidder must ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality assurance protocols throughout the project.

The technical specifications require that all repaired valves meet the following parameters:
