Tender for Replacement and Overhauling of 6.6 KV H.T. Motors at Dhuvaran Power Station

The scope of work includes:

• Replacement, lifting, shifting, and overhauling of 6.6 KV H.T. motors at Dhuvaran Gas Based Power Station.
• All works shall be carried out as per the technical specifications and safety standards.
• The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, and manpower.
• Ensure minimal downtime during overhauling activities.

Key deliverables:

• Complete disassembly and inspection of existing motors.
• Replacement of worn-out parts with genuine spares.
• Re-assembly, testing, and commissioning of motors.
• Documentation of all activities and compliance reports.

Sequential process:

1. Mobilization of resources.
2. Disconnection and removal of existing motors.
3. Overhauling and repairs.
4. Testing and quality checks.
5. Reinstallation and commissioning.
6. Final inspection and handover.

The contractor must adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project duration.

Sequential process for technical compliance:

1. Submit detailed technical proposal.
2. Conduct site inspection if required.
3. Obtain technical approval.
4. Proceed with disassembly, repair, and reassembly.
5. Perform testing as per standards.
6. Final commissioning and documentation.

The estimated project budget ranges between ₹X crore and ₹Y crore, inclusive of all taxes, duties, and ancillary costs. The financial bid must be submitted in the prescribed format via the online portal. Payment terms are as follows:

• 10% advance upon award of contract.
• 40% after completion of disassembly and initial inspection.
• 30% post reassembly and testing.
• 20% after successful commissioning and final acceptance.
  All payments are subject to certification by the project engineer and compliance with contractual terms. Bidders should provide detailed cost breakdowns, including spare parts, manpower, equipment, and miscellaneous expenses.
