The selected contractor will be responsible for:

• Door-to-door waste collection from wards 1 to 6 in Chalala City.
• Transporting collected waste to designated dumping sites.

• Providing all necessary equipment, vehicles, and personnel.

The process involves:

1. Receiving daily waste collection schedules from the municipal authority.
2. Collecting waste from households and commercial establishments.
3. Transporting waste using approved vehicles to the designated dumping site.
4. Reporting daily collection and transportation data to the municipal authority.
5. Adhering to environmental and safety regulations throughout the contract period.

The contractor must ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain records for audit purposes. All equipment used must meet the specified technical standards and safety regulations.

The contractor shall also coordinate with municipal officials for smooth operations and compliance.

The contractor must deploy vehicles compliant with Gujarat State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB) standards. Vehicles should be equipped with GPS tracking and safety features. Waste collection bins should be durable, rust-resistant, and capable of handling 240 liters capacity. The collection process shall follow standard operating procedures to prevent spillage and odor issues.
