The total estimated project cost is approximately ₹741.56 million. Bidders must submit a bid based on the detailed cost breakdown provided in the tender documents. The financial proposal should include all civil, mechanical, electrical, and operational costs. The tender fee is ₹18,000, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be submitted along with the bid. Payment terms are typically structured as follows:

• 10% advance upon contract signing
• 40% during project execution in milestones
• 50% on project completion and acceptance
