Government Tender for Day-to-Day Sweeping & Cleaning Works at Dhoraji Nagarpalika

The selected contractor will be responsible for the following:

• Performing daily sweeping and cleaning at designated locations within Dhoraji Nagarpalika.
• Ensuring all cleaning activities comply with municipal standards and regulations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in public spaces, streets, and other specified areas.
• Supplying all necessary equipment, tools, and manpower.

The process includes:

1. Receiving the work order from the Chief Officer.
2. Mobilizing resources as per the project schedule.
3. Executing cleaning activities daily, adhering to quality standards.
4. Monitoring and reporting progress regularly.
5. Completing the project within the stipulated 12-month period.

The contractor must ensure safety protocols and environmental standards are strictly followed throughout the contract duration.

The contractor shall use environmentally friendly cleaning agents and equipment that meet BIS standards. The following technical parameters apply:

Sequential process:

1. Inspection and mobilization of resources.
2. Daily cleaning as per schedule.
3. Waste collection and disposal.
4. Quality checks and reporting.

All equipment and materials must conform to government safety and environmental standards.

The total estimated budget for this project is INR 58,75,776. The payment will be made in installments based on milestones achieved, with the following breakdown:

Payment Schedule:

• 20% upon contract signing.
• 40% after 6 months of satisfactory performance.
• Remaining 40% after project completion and acceptance.

All payments are subject to submission of relevant invoices and compliance reports.
