The estimated project budget ranges from INR 10,00,000 to INR 15,00,000, inclusive of all materials, labor, and overheads. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 30% advance payment upon contract signing.
• 50% after completion of coating application and initial inspection.
• 20% after final quality approval and certification.

Bidders must submit a detailed financial proposal, including breakdown of costs, taxes, and any additional charges. All prices should be quoted in INR and include applicable taxes. The total bid amount should not exceed the specified budget limits unless justified and approved.
