Government Tender for Hiring Hydraulic Elevating Platform on Vehicle for DGVCL Surat

The selected vendor will be responsible for:

• Providing articulated hydraulic elevating platforms mounted on vehicles, suitable for 24-hour operations.
• Ensuring platforms are compliant with technical specifications provided in tender documents.
• Maintaining the equipment in operational condition throughout the contract period.
• Supplying vehicles that meet the specifications and standards set by DGVCL.

The work process includes:

1. Submission of bid with all required technical and financial documents.
2. Delivery and commissioning of the hydraulic platforms as per schedule.
3. Regular maintenance and servicing during the contract period.
4. Ensuring availability of the equipment for emergency and routine operations.

The vendor must also ensure compliance with all safety standards and provide necessary documentation for inspection and verification.

Process for technical compliance:

• Submit detailed technical documents as per tender guidelines.
• Demonstrate vehicle suitability with photographs and certifications.
• Undergo technical inspection and evaluation.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance and safety compliance during the contract period.

The estimated contract value is ₹30,00,000, with a bid security deposit of ₹40,000 (EMD). The financial proposal should include detailed cost breakdowns, including vehicle procurement, maintenance, and operational expenses. Payments will be made as per milestones or monthly billing, subject to satisfactory service delivery. Bidders must submit a financial bid in the prescribed format (Schedule B) and ensure all costs are inclusive of taxes and duties. The bid validity period is 180 days from the bid submission deadline.
