Government Tender for Manpower Supply at Mehsana Hot Mix Plant - Bidding Opportunity

(1) Attach Copy of Tender Fee in Form of Demand Draft (Cash not acceptable) in favour of Executive Engineer (R&B) Division Mehsana payable at Mehsana from any Nationalized / Scheduled Banks (DD for Tender Fee must be purchased from Accounts of Bidder)

(2) Attach Copy of Earnest Money Deposit in form of FDR (with a validity period of not less than 6 months) from Nationalized / Scheduled Bank in favour of Executive Engineer (R&B) Division Mehsana payable at Mehsana OR Valid EMD Exemption Certificate issued by R&B Dept. / W.R.D. is valid (FDR for EMD must be purchased from Accounts of Bidder)

(3) Attach Copy of Valid Bank Solvency Certificate required 20 percent of Estimated Cost put to Tender issued in Current Calendar Year-2025 of any Nationalized / Scheduled Banks

(4) Attach Copy of Permanent Account Number issued by Income Tax Department

(5) Attach Copy of GST Registration Certificate

(6) In proof of having fully adhered to minimum eligibility criteria at 2(c) Self-attested copies of EPFO Registration & ESIC Registration shall be submitted by the bidder

(7) In proof of having fully adhered to the minimum eligibility criteria at 2(b) Self-attested copy of Certificates of Incorporation issued by the respective registrar of Firms / Companies should be enclosed

(8) In proof of having fully adhered to minimum eligibility criteria at 2(d) self attested copies of latest Turn over Certificate issued by registered C.A.

(9) In proof of having fully adhered to minimum eligibility criteria at 2(f) Self-attested copy of Experience Certificates for Completed works issued by the Government Departments / PSUs shall be acceptable. The bidder has to submit the relevant Work Experience Certificates (in Form-3A / Work Completion Certificate) as mentioned in 2.1(iv)

(10) Self attested copy of EPFO & ESIC Challan in support of available Manpower (duly submitted to EPFO) not more than 12 months olds. i.e. after March-2024
