The selected contractor will be responsible for:

The process involves:

1. Receiving the site and equipment details from GSECL.
2. Performing initial inspection and diagnostics.
3. Attending to oil leaks and replacing faulty components.
4. Conducting overhauling activities including cleaning, disassembly, and reassembly.
5. Carrying out testing as per technical specifications.
6. Preparing detailed reports and obtaining approval from GSECL.

The bidder must ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards as specified in the tender documents.

Payment terms are as follows:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of overhauling activities.
• 30% after successful testing and approval.
  All payments are subject to certification by GSECL officials and submission of requisite invoices and reports.
