Government Tender for Providing and Erecting Solar Rooftop On-Grid System at Ahmedabad RTO Office

01. Upload Scan Copy of Tender fee of Rs. 1500 in the form of Demand Draft Only (Cash Not Acceptable) in favor of Executive Engineer, Ahmedabad Electrical Division No-01, Ahmedabad. Payable at Ahmedabad from any nationalized / Scheduled Bank. (DD for Tender fee must be purchased from the account of Bidder)

02. Upload Scan copy of Earnest Money Deposit Rs. 42,000.00 in the form of FDR only (with a validity period of not less than 165 Days from the last date of submission) from nationalized / scheduled bank in favor of Executive Engineer, Ahmedabad Electrical Division No-01, Ahmedabad, Payable at Ahmedabad OR Exemption Certificate issued by R and B Deptt./ W.R.D. is valid. (FDR for EMD must be purchased from the account of Bidder)

03. The bidder must be an empaneled agency in GUVNL/DISCOMs/Torrent Power Ltd. (Letter from the any DISCOMs with Empanelment No. and Validity, for the Empanelment as a Vendor)

04. Undertaking by agency ensuring access/availability of credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the Contract as per SBD

05. Upload Scan Copy of Permanent Account Number Issued by Income Tax (PAN Card No.).

06. Upload Scan Copy of GST Registration Certificate.

07. Upload Scan Copy of Valid Electrical Contractor License Issue by the Licensing Board of Government of Gujarat.

08. Bidder must have successful experience of work completion of at least one (1) similar nature of work i.e. SITC of Rooftop On-Grid Solar Power system work, cost not less than 40Percentage of the amount put to tender i.e. Rs. 16,77,126.816 in last five financial years. (only SITC work experience will be considered, Solar Power system Maintenance work experience will not be considered)

09. Bidder Must have an annual financial turnover in any one (1) of the last five (5) financial years from current financial year, updated to the current financial year shall be more than Rs.__17,004,202.44 (as per the SBD formula given in 4.5.3 (a)) (C.A. Certificate with UDIN number will be considered)

10. The Bidder Must have Executed total SITC work of solar power system not less than 100 KW in last five financial year and must have Executed one single SITC work solar power system not less than 40 KW in last five financial year. (Only SITC Work experience will be considered, Solar Power system Maintenance work experience will not be considered)

11. Form-3A issued by employers from Government to substantiate successful experience of similar work. copy of Performa 15 or Annexure A-1 or Customer Nivedanor similar kind of documents, which established that installed solar system is on-grid system above all documents should be issued by any DISCOMs. 12. When employer of similar work is not from Government, then Following documents must be furnished online. a. Self-attested copy work order b. Self-attested copy of Agreement. c. Self-attested copy of Completion certificate. d. Self-attested copy of approved Final Bill. e. Self-attested copy of TDS certificate. f. self-attested copy of Performa 15 or Annexure A-1 or Customer Nivedan or similar kind of documents, which established that installed solar system is on-grid system above all documents should be issued by any DISCOMs.

12. The Bidder shall be a body incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013 and above including any amendment thereto. A copy of the certificate of incorporation shall be furnished along with the Bid in support of above. Proprietorship, Partnership firms having valid registration of the firm with the concerned Government authorities, shall also be eligible to participate in the tender subject to their fulfilling all the terms and conditions given in the documents.
