Self-attested copy of Completion certificate. d. Self-attested copy of approved Final Bill. e. Self-attested copy of TDS certificate. f. self-attested copy of Performa 15 or Annexure A-1 or Customer Nivedan or similar kind of documents, which established that installed solar system is on-grid system above all documents should be issued by any DISCOMs.

12. The Bidder shall be a body incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013 and above including any amendment thereto. A copy of the certificate of incorporation shall be furnished along with the Bid in support of above. Proprietorship, Partnership firms having valid registration of the firm with the concerned Government authorities, shall also be eligible to participate in the tender subject to their fulfilling all the terms and conditions given in the documents.
