The estimated project cost is INR 16,94,485.35. The bid security deposit (EMD) is INR 17,000, payable via FDR/DD. The bid submission must include the tender fee of INR 900 and the EMD in the prescribed format. Payment terms specify that 100% of the contract amount will be paid after successful completion and inspection. The financial bid should be submitted electronically, clearly indicating the percentage rate for the work.
