A. The bidder, in the same name and style, i.e., BMCU System, must have been engaged in the manufacturing, supply, and successful installation of Bulk Milk Cooling Unit (BMCU) systems for a minimum period of three (3) years as on the date of bid opening. In the event of any change in the bidder’s name due to merger, acquisition, reorganization, or change in legal status, the bidder shall remain eligible, provided that adequate documentary evidence establishing continuity of experience and legal identity is submitted along with the bid.

B. The bidder must have supplied and successfully installed a minimum of One hundred Fifty (150) Bulk Milk Cooling Unit (BMCU) systems, of all capacities ranging from 2 KL to 5 KL, during the last three financial years, i.e., 2022–23, 2023–24, and 2024–25. Submission of work completion certificates issued by the respective clients is mandatory for qualification. Relevant documentary evidence in support of the above shall be enclosed with the bid.

C. The bidder shall possess valid registrations and licenses under all applicable statutory Acts relevant to the proposed supply/contract. These shall include, but not be limited to, registrations under the Income Tax Act, Companies Act, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Welfare Cess Act, and any other taxes or statutory requirements as prescribed by the State and/or Central Government from time to time. The bidder must also hold valid registrations and compliances relating to Employees’ State Insurance (ESI), Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF), and any other applicable labour laws in force

The bidder’s average annual financial turnover, in the same name and style, during the last three (3) financial years, i.e., 2022–23, 2023–24, and 2024–25, shall not be less than ₹1.00 Crore (Rupees One Crore only). Submission of Chartered Accountant (CA)–audited financial statements for the above-mentioned financial years, as documentary proof, is mandatory for qualification.
