Payment will be made based on milestones achieved, with a fixed-rate contract. The bid must include a valid bank guarantee or security deposit as per tender guidelines. The financial proposal should reflect competitive rates while ensuring quality standards are maintained. The tender fee of INR 2000 is non-refundable and must be paid along with the bid submission. The EMD amount, as specified in the tender documents, must also be submitted to qualify for evaluation.
