Payment terms:

• 10% advance on contract signing.
• 40% on completion of initial repair phase.
• 30% after successful testing.
• 20% on final handover.
  Bid validity: 180 days from the bid submission deadline.
  Bidders must submit detailed cost proposals with supporting documents as per the tender guidelines.
