Bidder should produce evidence of having experience of successfully completed OR ongoing works having satisfactory progress of similar works as defined hereunder, carried out in Central & State Government / Semi-Government / Private limited company/ GSECL/ GETCO / DGVCL / MGVCL / UGVCL / PGVCL, during the last seven years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is invited. Bidder should submit self-attested copies of documentary evidence, preferably photo copies of work completion certificate, certificate regarding works on hand progressing satisfactorily along with certificate of amount of work done, work order with Schedule-B, etc. from the respective department. The amount of work completed OR ongoing works should be either of the following:- a. Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs 6,94,802.00 OR b. Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs 8,68,503.00 c. OR d. One similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs 13,89,604.00 Similar work means – Providing catering services including House Keeping services of any reputed firm as mentioned above).

Experience as a joint venture or sub-contractor is not allowed and price bid of such bidders will be rejected.

EMD: To pay EMD in form of RTGS / NEFT/ BG

Tender Fee: The shall be accompanied in the form of RTGS/NEFT.

Separate employee’s provident fund code number towards registration of firm with Regional P.F. Commissioner.

Latest bank Solvency Certificate of any Bank as listed in Annexure- I for a sum of minimum Rs 3,47,401.00 not more than 12 months old. OR Financial Qualification documents as per Annexure-II

Attested copy of relevant document duly signed and sealed on each and every page shall be Submitted.

Party should have to submit the details of the copy of registration number regarding GST along with Technical Bid. If party has two GST registration out of which one is cancelled than party has to provide the no due certificate from GST Department for the cancelled GST Registration.

Party should have to submit PAN No. copy.

Consent for the WC policy of all the contract labours duly engaged throughout the work contract.

All bidders shall submit the details/documents in support of Technical Qualification Requirements duly certified and verified for authenticity from Specified Third-Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) or Statutory Auditor of their Company or Practicing CA/CA Firm along with a certificate regarding verification of authenticity of documents as per the format placed at Appendix 1. All the documents submitted by the bidder in support of meeting Technical QR shall be digitally signed by the Specified Third-Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) or Statutory Auditor of their Company or Practicing CA/CA Firm. In case documents are certified & verified for authenticity through TPIA, the verification and certification of authenticity of documents is acceptable from any of the following TPIAs: (Tender Pg No.14,15))
