Copy of PAN Card registered with company/firm/proprietor name and linked to GST registration

Copies of previous purchase orders executed by the firm for subjected material during last five years (21-22,22-23,23-24,24-25,25-26) (preferably to any Thermal stations/PSU)

List of all items quoted on the firm/company letter head duly SIGNED with stamp and SCANNED (along with brands, if any and complete specifications) along with acceptance of TGGENCO PAYMENT TERMS

Copy of bidders Turnover certificate for preceding 3 completed financial years certified by CA

Performance certificates issued by any thermal station/PSU

Copy of Balance sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts for preceding 2 years

List of HSN Codes for quoted material

All the bid schedules A to F duly filled and signed with seal as indicated in the tender specification
