In-house inspection/testing facilities (The Bidder shall give details of its Testing facilities at manufacturer?s work with copies of calibration/re-calibration certificates of the major testing equipment)

Following details are also to be submitted:-

Number of Years in operation.

Certification of Design to the relevant standard.

Existence of Local office (if applicable).

Existence of service network and parts stock.

Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Location of factories/ manufacturing units.

Audited Annual Accounts during the last Five (5) financial years i.e. upto 2024-25

Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) , as per NIT

Net Worth: - Net Worth of last three financial year shall be positive

Notarized Affidavit

A Notarized Affidavit to the effect that the material has been type tested as per relevant IS/IEC standard whenever applicable by CPRI/ NTH/ERDA/NPL and the test certificate enclosed with the tender are true and genuine must be uploaded with the tender documents.

A notarized affidavit for the effect thatbidder firm is presently not blacklisted by any State / Centre Utilities / PSUs / govt. entities on the date of submission of bid.

Bidder has to submit a notarized affidavit for the effect that they are not debarred/ blacklisted from BSPHCL and its subsidiary companies (i.e. NBPDCL/SBPDCL/BSPTCL/BSPGCL) on the date of submission of bid.

Bidder has to submit a notarized affidavit to the effect that bidder is not de-empanelled or their vendor approval has not cancelled by BSPHCL and its subsidiary companies (i.e. NBPDCL/SBPDCL/BSPTCL/BSPGCL) in last two years from last date of submission of bid.?

Notarized Affidavit for (1) all documents submitted in the bid are true and genuine and (2) all documents to be submitted during the execution of contract, if awarded, will be true and genuine.
