Procurement Opportunity: Supply of 2 Numbers of Computer Operator for TMC Mahalingpur for the Year of 2026-27 in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Payment will be made according to ULB financial condition.

Payments to the labours should be paid as per Dept. of labour prevailing rates, should be credited to their respective bank accounts and bank statement & ESI-EPF paid receipts to be produced while next payment.

Contractor/bidder has to quote only for Service charge

For the Service charges, if the bidder quotes the rate 0 Zero rate, such kind of BIDS will be rejected without any prior intimation

Employeer holds the authority to cancel or reject the tender at any stage without any prior intimation

The allotted work should not be disturbed due to any kind of disputes arising from the supplied labour, else the tender will be rejected and no further financial benefits will be entertained, and the bidder will be proposed for blacklisting.

If any accident/incident happen during work then contractor is responsible for that Labour.
