Required documents include GST registration, PAN, experience certificates in GI steel pipe supply, financial statements, EMD proof, OEM authorization, technical bid with signed specifications, and service centre details near consignee locations. Ensure all documents are timely uploaded with the bid.

Warranty lasts 1 year from final acceptance or post-installation testing. OEM warranty certificates must accompany delivery. Service network must be established in INDIA, with rectification completed within 10 days of defect notification; penalties apply if delayed.

Penalty is 0.5% of the unit price per week of delay, cumulative up to 10% of the total contract value. If unresolved, the buyer may procure from alternate sources and recover costs from the PBG; supplier bears reimbursement obligations.

Scope is strictly the supply of GI steel pipes (1/2''/15mm, medium class, one end socketed) as per buyer specifications; installation and commissioning are not included; loading/unloading charges are payable by the supplier at Rs. 220 per MT.

Post-receipt inspection is conducted by a designated official at consignee site; CGM OFK or authorized representative validates conformity before acceptance. No pre-dispatch inspection unless ATC mandates it.

Bid submissions must include details of service centers near consignee destinations, demonstrating installation, commissioning, training, and maintenance capabilities across INDIA, as per the buyer's warranty terms.

Delivery location is Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh (482001). The scope covers GOODS ONLY supply of 1/2'' GI steel pipe; no installation, but post-sales support and warranty must be fulfilled per terms.
