Tender Notice for Procurement Services in BHADRADRI KOTHAGUDEM, TELANGANA

1.The contractor should have 3years experience in executing motor rewinding works in Thermal power plants of capacity 250MW and above higher capacity in any reputed organizations like, TGGENCO/ APGENCO/ NTPC etc.,. and should submit the previously executed purchase orders of the same. 2. The transportation of motors from KTPS-VI Stage Site to workshop and workshop to KTPS-VI Stage site shall be arranged by the contractor only. 3.If any damage occurred to the equipment supplied by the TGGENCO, it should be repaired/replaced by the contractor at his own cost, otherwise it will be recovered from the bill. 4.The Contractor must have the required machinery/work shop to carry out the scheduled works. 5. Delivery Period: The motor sent out for rewinding shall be returned within 2weeks from the date of handing over of the motor and the work shall be carried out as per the schedule/instructions issued by TGGENCO. 6.Guarantee Period: The rewinded motor shall be guaranteed for satisfactory performance for a period of 18 months from the date of reciept of motor in good condition at site or 12 months from the date of commissioning as per normal operating conditions/parameters whichever is earlier. 7.Security Deposit: The successful tenderer has to pay, in addition to the E.M.D the balance amount of total up to 5% of the value of contract as security deposit by way of demand draft drawn in favour of S.A.O/O&M /KTPS-V&VI Stages, payable at S.B.I/ Paloncha Branch. The security deposit amount will be released after satisfactory completion of guarantee period. 8.The Contractor shall provide personal safety appliance for labor. The TGGENCO is not responsible for any accidents to the labor engaged by the contractor during the course of work. 9.The firm should carry even a single failed motor for rewinding without waiting for the group of motors. 10.The contractor should follow all the labor Laws Vogue. 11.Telangana Green Fund: As per the T.G.O.O.No.86/CE/C/Thermal/2025 Dt:01.09.2025,Telangana Green Fund @0.01% on each bill of work contracts will be deducted to remit the same to the “Telangana Haritha Nidhi Account”. 12. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder.If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but also the bidder will be BLACKLISTED. 13. All other Terms& Conditions are as per TGGENCO.
