Contract Bidding Open For Procurement Services in BHADRADRI KOTHAGUDEM, TELANGANA

1. Complete rewinding of stator & re-assembling of motors after rewinding with the suitable original branded copper wire with class “F” insulation, which shall be exclusive of EPF, GI, Supervision charges & CLA are not applicable as these works are to be completed outside of plant. 2. The estimated work includes transporting of faulty Motor to the workshop and complete rewinding of motor with suitable original branded copper winding wire & Bearing set and the same motor transported to site after rewinding. 3. The material required towards Rewinding, Replacement of bearings, assembling of motors and transportation is to be borne by contractor (i.e., Estimated price includes all of these expenses) the material component shall inclusive of all Taxes and Duties. The copper & Bearing scrap can be retained by contractor. 4. The work should be carried out with in prescribed time. 5. The work shall be carried out as and when required basis during the year 2026-27. 6. The LT Motor to be rewound should be handed over to the plant within 90days from the date of handing over of the motor from the plant after rewinding and replacing of bearings. 7. Currents shall be normal on no-load & full load after rewinding of motor. 8. Temperature rise in regular service shall be within the specified limits. 9. The contractor has to follow all Rules and Labour laws in force. 10. M/s. TGGENCO is not responsible to the accidents if any to the labor engaged to this work. 11. Any loss or damage to M/s. TGGENCO properties due to negligence of contractor should be borne by the contractor. 12. Security Deposit: The successful tenderer has to pay, in addition to the E.M.D the balance amount of total up to 5% of the value of contract as security deposit by way of demand draft drawn in favour of S.A.O/O&M /KTPS-V&VI Stages by way of demand draft payable at S.B.I/ Paloncha Branch. The security deposit amount will be released after completion of Guarantee period. 13. All safety precautions are to be taken by the contractor for the safety of the personnel involved in the work. 14. TGGENCO is no way responsible for any untoward incidents occurred to the labour while carrying out the work due to not following the normal procedures that should be adopted. 15. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but also the bidder will be BLACKLISTED. 16. 0.01% of the amount shall be deducted from the works bills, as contribution towards Telangana Green Fund (TGF) which is not reimbursable and no provision shall be made in the estimates vide T.G.O.O No.86/CE/C/Thermal/2025,Dt:01.09.2025
